Griffining from the top of the Mt of Olives in Jerusalem
Original caption for the recovered image
The photograph above matches the owner-uploaded file mattfrombaylor.jpg: a fan wearing a number 10 football jersey recreates the Griffining pose overlooking Jerusalem.
Related photograph still missing: The historical page also showed a distinct group photograph at the Western Wall under the caption “Griffining at the Wailing Wall.” That photo is not the image featured here. We are preserving its separate historical description until the correct file is recovered.
Category note: Geographical is a modern browsing category assigned during restoration. The original 2013 category has not been verified. This page was republished in October 2026; the date at the top is not its historical posting date.
